Heroes on the Water- SoCal Chapter

The Southern California Chapter of HEROES ON THE WATER is heart broken after learning of the passing of Jim Dolan the founder of HOW. Jim's mission for HOW was simple yet so effective, use the sport of kayak fishing to help aid in the physical and mental recovery process of injured and or disabled veterans.
A couple of years ago we had the pleasure of having Jim attend one of our events and see first-hand how we carry on his mission.
Our hearts and prayers go out to his wife Sally, their family, and the HOW NATION.

Only one more week before we kick off the 2018 season at Mission Bay, January 27th, at 6am for volunteers and 7:15 for our guests.
We are looking forward to seeing plenty of familiar faces and a lot of new participants this year.

The only thing that makes spending Veterans Day with veterans better is to throw some kids into the mix. :)
