15 minutes in the cereal aisle trying to find something healthy for my mom. that’s when i realized the food industry is banking on you not reading labels.

here’s what i learned:
• sugar disguises itself 50+ ways
• fewer ingredients = fewer tricks
• fiber ≠ healthy (they use it to hide sugar)

if you grocery shop for anyone, save this.
download clem to stop wasting time decoding boxes when u don’t have to anymore.

We are actively making it better and better everyday so I’d love any suggestions to help us make a healthier community

Most people are one thoughtful message away from opportunities they think are “out of reach.”

The difference is most outreach feels transactional.
People can feel when you want something from them versus when you genuinely resonate with their work.

As someone starting to build, I’ve realized the internet rewards people who are willing to be intentional and bold enough to press send

A lot of the people you admire were once unknown too.

Dont ask what you can get from people, start asking “How do I make people feel seen?”

Googling information and watching countless YouTube videos is not going to get you clearer on the next 2 weeks
