On August 27th, our coaching community came together at the Center for Creative Leadership in La Jolla for real conversations around identity, inclusion, and the coaching mindset.

Guided by the amazing Xavier Garcia-Weibel, we explored the tough, meaningful questions that shape who we are as people and coaches. And in between all that? Lots of laughs, new connections, and the kind of energy you can only get when you’re in the same room together. ✨
