You may have seen in your take-home paperwork a Quick Guide and a letter on blue paper with info about volunteering.

The Quick Guide explains District policy, while the blue letter explains the additional requirements for volunteers within our Patrick Henry Cluster.

Questions? We've got you. Principal McGrath is hosting a Volunteer Info Session on Wednesday to review the two documents so you know exactly what to do to get cleared to volunteer.

Let's kick-off the year together at our FIRST dine-out Fundraiser on Wednesday, August 26th at San Diego Brewing Co. Yes, that's right - before or after you drop into Back to School Night on campus, grab some food and hang with friends, old and new at SDBrewCo.

SDBrewCo is donating 20% of all dine-in or take-out sales from 11:30am-11:30pm if you show this flyer or mention Foster. This excludes lunch specials and happy hour items.

Did you know that only 15 minutes a week can make a real difference in our school community? It's true!

We're looking for crosswalk volunteers to help at:
📍 Zion Ave & 51st St
📍 Orcutt Ave & 51st St

⏰ 7:30 AM - 7:45 AM

Crosswalk volunteers do more than help with safety. They help build connections, create trust, and provide a friendly start to every child's day.

The Foster PTA is so excited to welcome everyone back for another amazing school year! ❤️ We hope you had a wonderful summer and are ready for a year filled with fun, connection, and lots of great memories.

We have so many exciting ideas for the year ahead, and we’d love your help bringing them to life! Whether you have an idea to share, a little time to volunteer, or simply want to be part of the fun, there’s a place for everyone in the Foster PTA. 🐾

Congratulations Foster Run Club Awardees! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🐾

This year, 517 runners logged over 4,707 miles! Yesterday we awarded medals to our top 10 runners in the school, the top boy and girl in each grade, and those who earned the “Run Across California” 100-mile award.

FUN FACT: All of those in the top 10 ran over 100 miles!!
