Co-Op Toastmasters Club was chartered in 1972 and is one of the oldest clubs in San Diego. It has a rich history of promoting public speaking and leadership skills. The Mission of Toastmasters is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence, professional and personal growth. We have a wide range of members from very experienced Distinguished Toastmasters to new members working on their first speeches in the Competent Communicator manual. Regardless of their experience level, all our members are friendly and supportive; providing encouragement to each other. New members gain public speaking skills while experienced members polish their public speaking and enhance their leadership skills. Above all we have fun! JOIN US every Tue 12-1pm
