What a beautiful way to kick off the school year!
In August, our ASF families came together for our first meeting: parents/guardians sat down with psychologist Hector Meza to talk about self-esteem and self-love, plus a special mindfulness moment with guest Bibi Uribe. Meanwhile, our students had their own space to dive into healthy thinking patterns, emotions, and self-care. At the end of the meeting, families came together to share what they had learned with one another. We also heard from our newest ASF alumna, Araceli, who shared her journey through the program and how she’s now growing in her career, such a beautiful reminder of what’s possible. 🙌🏼

¡Qué hermosa manera de comenzar el año escolar!
En Agosto, nuestras familias de ASF se reunieron para nuestra primera reuniĂłn: los padres y tutores platicaron con el psicĂłlogo Hector Meza sobre la autoestima y el amor propio, además de un momento especial de meditcion con nuestra invitada Bibi Uribe. Mientras tanto, nuestros estudiantes tuvieron su propio espacio para explorar patrones de pensamiento saludables, emociones y autocuidado. Al final de la reuniĂłn, las familias se unieron para compartir lo que habĂan aprendido. TambiĂ©n escuchamos a nuestra más reciente egresada de ASF, Araceli, quien compartiĂł su trayectoria en el programa y cĂłmo sigue creciendo en su carrera profesional, un hermoso recordatorio de lo que es posible. 👏🏻
