Another amazing event in the books! Kids and teens from all over San Diego came together to make a difference for those in need. The outpouring of love and support we received was beyond heartwarming, and we couldn’t be more grateful. There’s something so fulfilling about spreading kindness, and seeing the joy in people’s faces when they receive what they need from a child’s hands—it’s a reminder of the power we all have to make the world a little brighter. Thank you to everyone who helped us bring this mission to life. 💛

You did it! We did it! All items designated to be passed out to our neighbors experiencing homelessness have been purchased through our Amazon Wishlist. Our supporters really came through to help us fill our hygiene kits this year, while also filling up our hearts! 🛍️♥️ It’s always amazing to experience community coming together for a greater good. We are one day closer to Saturday, and we can’t wait! 🙏🏽

As we are just days away from our Winter Volunteer Workshop, we are still getting donations! We can’t thank our supporters enough! It is through your generosity that our impact grows with more lives reached. 🙏🏽 We express a resounding “THANK YOU!” for believing in our mission and partnering with us to support our neighbors experiencing homelessness. 🫶🏽 It’s because of people like you that differences are made, by sharing even just a bit of kindness with others in our community. ☀️

To our supporters and participants, we’d like to share a positive event update! 📰 In just under two weeks, our Winter Volunteer Workshop will offer youth the opportunity to directly support one of Downtown San Diego’s Safe Sleeping sites! ⛺️ With the site in mind, we decided to shift the location of our workshop to be a bit closer in proximity. This will ensure a relatively short and smooth walking route for volunteers to distribute hygiene kits. Perkins Elementary School has generously offered their campus as the workshop site for our kids and teens to prepare their kits, and we are so grateful! 🏫 Our initial workshop location, Washington Elementary School, is still a donation drop-off location if you’re in the area and have supplies you’d like to donate. 🛍️ We’d love to see you on January 25th - register your kids and/or teens today! 📋
