The City of San Diego has completed the design of the Torrey Highlands Community ID and Enhancement Project located in the public right-of-way on Camino Del Sur between SR-56 and Carmel Valley Rd. and on Carmel Valley Rd. near Via Abertura. This project proposes the construction of three monument signs in the Torrey Highlands Community.

Construction is anticipated to begin in July 2016 and be completed in December 2016. Normal construction hours will be between 8:30 and 3:30
