Twas the night before the Galactic Beach Batttle and all through the region…. We have a friendly reminder to all attending.

☝🏻Let’s show up looking sharp, unified, and proud to represent Region 103 A.

A few friendly reminders so we all look our very best on the mats:
▪️ Shoes: All black or all white tennis shoes while in dobok.
▪️ Under the uniform: Solid white t-shirt only.
▪️ Hair: Neatly bound (braid, ponytail, top bun, or space buns).
▪️ Nails: Fingernails and toenails trimmed for safety and hygiene.
▪️ Scent: Please skip heavy perfumes and colognes.
▪️ Dobok tie off: Left panel on top. When you cross the panels, the ATA logo should sit underneath, then tie it off.
▪️ Presentation: Doboks clean and pressed. A crisp seam down the sides of the pants and top is chef’s kiss — the high ranks notice those details. Trust us, we notice.

Your instructor has these standards down and is happy to help if you have any further questions.

Let’s walk in looking our best and as a disciplined region who’s ready to do amazing things!
