AIDS Walk & Run San Diego AIDS Walk & Run San Diego is a program of the San Diego LGBT Community Center. AIDS Walk & Run San Diego is the single largest HIV/AIDS fundraiser in San Diego.

Funds raised provide essential services - food, shelter, healthcare, and counseling and transportation assistance - to a majority of the 18,000 women, men, and children battling HIV/AIDS in San Diego County. AIDS Walk also serves as an important vehicle for HIV education and prevention.
