A weekend full of inspiration, exploration, and possibility!

Together with our Community Scholars Initiative grant partners, we welcomed nearly 100 students and family members for an unforgettable day at SDSU.

Students in grades 9–12 explored what college can look like through interactive workshops on FAFSA, scholarships, college tips, vision boarding, and more. They also had the opportunity to tour SDSU’s Zip Launchpad, getting a firsthand look at entrepreneurship and innovation in action.

From discovering new opportunities to building confidence for the future, this day was all about empowering the next generation to dream bigger and take the next step toward their goals. 💜

We all know the feeling of preparing for a big interview, the nerves, the butterflies (or maybe a whole zoo 🦁🦋) in your stomach. Well, last week, we partnered with MyTOD HR Givers, where 16 incredible HR leaders sat down with our JIT participants to review résumés, practice interview skills, and share valuable career advice. ✅

Watching our community come together to invest in the next generation of professionals is something we’re incredibly proud of. Thank you to everyone who gave their time, encouragement, and expertise to help our participants walk into their next opportunity with confidence. 💜
