If I Was A Bird Yoga Our studios are designed for today’s modern kid to breathe, celebrate, and thrive through yoga and expressive activities.

Classes are created and structured intelligently by owner Tiffany Gullberg. Classes follow a true vinyasa/hatha sequence, teaching the names of yoga poses while infusing creative postures,fun props, music, sensory integration and movement/dance. Classes start with a craft and end with a healthy snack. Classes also mirror the adult yoga class schedule at CorePower Yoga so parents can drop off kids for yoga while they do yoga. If I Was A Bird Yoga has two studio locations- Point Loma and Del Mar.

We are so happy to finally announce our third studio location in La Mesa! We will be opening December 1st 2025!

Enrollments are now open and “live” in our Parent Portal so you can reserve your child’s spot in class! Opening events and special classes will be announced soon. The best way to support us now, is to enroll!

Perk…. This studio is located right next door to CorePower Yoga La Mesa! Class times are strategically matched so parents can drop their child for yoga while they enjoy a class too! Everyone goes home feeling recharged, happy and calm!

Please note all classes must be reserved in advance. It’s best to book your child’s class with at least 24 hour notice so we can be sure we can add them to the roster properly once you have created your account and emailed with us.
