Crohns-ostomy

Crohns-ostomy Embracing beauty while Overcoming obstacles and insecurities, in hopes of inspiring others to do the In February 2012 I became a permanent ostomate.

I was Diagnosed with Crohns Disease immediately having my first son in 2010. After losing my jobs and my place, and being constantly hospitalized for about 3 years I decided to undergo an extensive surgery. Since all medicine trials failed the surgery consisted of them removing my entire large intestine and re**al stump. I have a bag on my stomach for the rest of my life that it there as an outlet

to dispose of my bodily waste. I do my best everyday to advocate against the stigmas of being and looking different. I encourage people to love themselves regardless how "different" they may see, and that embracing your individuality is the best thing you can do for yourself. I want to inspire and encourage people who can relate as well as those going through the same obstacles in life. I also am an avid advocate for the disease and ostomy awareness. I welcome any stories and questions on my page, and I hope this helps.

ISO: Advice needed
What are you guys doing for upkeep on healthy strong bones? I'm off all meds, I don't smoke, don't drink, don't do much of any physical activity except cleaning, but I did a stress test echocardiogram on Friday and have fallen sick and in so much pain following running on the treadmill. My cardiology results showed weakening bone density and I am in pain from head to toe. My body hurts so bad! What are you guys doing naturally for pain and bone health??
