Peninsula Youth Softball Association Welcome to the official Peninsula Youth Softball Association (PYSA) page! They develop friendships with girls from different schools and backgrounds.

Peninsula Youth Softball Association (PYSA) is a San Diego-based, recreational fastpitch softball league for girls ages 4-16. Founded in 1994, PYSA is nonprofit, volunteer-driven and affiliated with American Softball Association (ASA). The league attracts girls from central San Diego’s coastal communities such as Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, Bay Park as well as neighborhoods in Mission

Hills, Hillcrest, North Park, Downtown/Golden Hill, Old Town and many more! Our girls come from more than 27 local schools, and approximately 30% of the players have siblings in the league. Youth softball teaches discipline, builds character, increases confidence, and creates special memories that last a lifetime. In addition to softball skills, our girls learn about dedication, hard work, and leadership. As players transition to middle school, often they are in the company of friends they have played with for years at PYSA. 12U Silver went undefeated and brought home the championship! 💙🥎

A perfect 5-0 weekend capped off with a title-winning performance at the Navajo Summer Sizzle. These girls battled, supported each other, and left it all on the field from start to finish.
