87 billion dollars a year are spent on advertisement and commercials to Ame
rican shoppers. Buying a full page ad in Black Enterprise does not mean in its entirety that your cooperation backs the Black population. It often means that such a company wishes to sustain or cultivate its market share by outreaching to Black consumers. Agencies that represent their corporate clients, only dedicate about 4% of their commercial budget towards the Black customer. That figure translates into 2.5 billion dollars out of the 87 billion annually. iSocietyBlack seeks to rectify this problem by encouraging each of us to become more organized and conscious buyers who purchase from industries that aid and foster the positive growth of the African-American initiative. These countermeasures in conjunction with turning away from past practices of purchasing billions in products of businesses that will not extent you an occupational opportunity, shall ultimately impact their bottom line. Companies advertised on this site are strong advocates of the Black community. Supporting the Black community according to iSocietyBlack.com means the following:
•Have a workplace that is at least 5% African-Americans.
•Donate millions of dollars annually to Black non-profit organizations.
•Made a conscious effort to include Blacks from all walks of life in commercials, newspapers and magazine ads. Make a conscious effort today to only substantiate the establishments who endorse the Black society and watch the Black unemployment rate drop dramatically over the coming months and years! Watch the increase in the number of companies who will make an educated decision to not overlook the Black population in its outreach and marketing because they realize that they will be targeting a communal of Black consumers who are loyal to their supporters.
