Mindfulness, meditation, contemplation, processing. These are words that come to my mind when I am by the water. When I see horizon, it indicates infinity. I feel limitless and I realize we are made to last forever.
We are only guests here, but our Host let us take it, explore it and enjoy it.
This is Tofino view- breathtaking! View that makes you speechless. View that teaches you humility.
When I sat there, I thought that ingenious Cities are like cancer to the Earth. We take pride of things that complicate and suffocate human nature. We separated ourself from it hence we long for your inner being.
There was no TV, the symphony consisted of sound of water, birds and blissful breeze and it was simply perfect. It was enough. I felt abundantly gifted.
Undeserved kindness calls for respect.

Spiralized zucchini and cucumber in cilantro dressing topped of with chicken breast salad.

You will need: 1 zucchini, one medium cucumber.
Dressing: soaked cashews, one bunch of cilantro, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tea spoon of honey, 1 chili pepper.

Chicken salad: chicken breast, 1 leak, 2tsp mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, madras curry.
Enjoy!

*for those who do not eat meat, replace topping with fish or tofu
*for vegan- add seeds
