Your advocacy made a difference in Sacramento.

Hundreds of SCRHA members spoke up against SB 493, helping stop a bill that could have resulted in open-ended emergency declarations and associated rent controls.

While other challenging legislation advanced, SCRHA’s advocacy also helped mitigate some of the most concerning provisions affecting rental housing providers.
