STEWART GUARDIAN, July 30: Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield conducted its annual Emergency Response Exercise, called “Stewart Guardian”, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. today. The exercise, required by Army and DoD Regulation, tested the installation’s ability to respond to local emergency incidents. The exercise included responding to a simulated active shooter, assisting casualties, and evaluating the installation's response standard operating procedures. The event had outstanding support by the installation’s tenant units, garrison agencies, and community members too.
