Enjoy beginner-friendly adaptive yoga with your child, followed by free play in the adaptive gym and sensory room.

We’re working on an editorial idea for an upcoming issue of the Flourishing Families resource guide, and we’d love to hear from you!

What local podcasts for parents of children or individuals with special needs do you listen to and love?

We’re especially interested in podcasts that share real family stories, expert advice, resources, parenting experiences and support for the disability community.

We already have a few favorites on our list, but we know there are more great local voices out there!

Whether walking in support of a loved one, volunteering, or joining us for the first time, you are part of a movement that promotes a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone!

Inspired by this year's Toy Story theme, we believe that everyone belongs, everyone has unique gifts to share, and no one should ever be left behind. Together, we are building a community where differences are celebrated, barriers are broken, and inclusion extends beyond a single day.

Sunday, October 18th, at De Anza Cove in Mission Bay, all disabilities come together at the annual Buddy Walk!

We loved spending time at the San Diego Regional Center Resource Fair 💙 connecting with so many amazing families, catching up with community partners and meeting organizations that are doing incredible work throughout San Diego County.

It was especially great to see EFRC , GT Independence, NFAR and so many other wonderful organizations supporting individuals and families in our community!

A huge thank you to San Diego Regional Center for bringing everyone together and creating such a welcoming, resource-filled event.
