Happy Saturday! Here's my Mia-vice for today. Listen, one positive thought in the morning, no matter how small, will change your day.

Hmmmmm....it started out as a perfect Saturday, but then something went wrong! I know mommy helped me with my Mia-vice post, but either it went p**f into Cyberspace or mommy forgot to click 'post' to post it because she was sooooo concerned about taking Talula, my crazy little sister, to the Desert Botanical Gardens for her first Dogs Day in the Garden to meet Miss Bonnie and Mr. Dave.

Anyway...my Cherokee Devotional had the perfect message for what started out as a perfect day.

" If anyone ever tells you that nothing is perfect, tell him or her that it can be. Nothing can be perfect when you include the whole world and everything in it. But if one little minute can be perfect and if you can get enough minutes together, it will make such a difference.
What helps to make perfect moments? Taking time to see and hear and feel the things that touch the soul. As locusts ring their golden bells, the cuckoo croaks about rain showers, and the titmouse searches for food, open your eyes, your ears, and your heart. Listen well. Then see the startling blue bunting streak through the shadows of the oaks, and when peace begins to settle in, savor the moment. Don't let anyone tell you that it isn't perfect."

Sweet Senior Moment

The shy quiet ones always seem to hang out under the radar. This one is Annie, 13 1/2 and as sweet as can be. She does not like having her picture taken so we don't push her most of the time.

Unknown Annie fact-she has her moments of mean-ness. She will actually pounce and growl at Lucy and Piglet when they're being annoying.🙃

But rest assured, she is harmless and they completely ignore her. They know how precious and sweet their older sister truly is.

Annie was rescued in Bakersfield, CA when she was a tiny baby. She was very sick before coming home to CT. When she got here, Susie and Dean took her right in. They were the bonded trio- always hanging together. Annie has always been the easiest puppy and adult dog to care for.

We are a very lucky family to have our little Anna.
