About the Caregiver Coalition of San Diego

The Caregiver Coalition of San Diego (CCSD) represents the community efforts of a diverse group of private, public, professional, non-profit, and for-profit agencies that serve families caring for their loved ones. Our collective mission is one of support, education, and advocacy. Our purpose is to make caregiving less stressful. The expectation of membe

rship involves active participation in meetings and other Coalition activities. We provide free information as well as some services however some products and services have a cost. Always ask first! Our Mission

To identify and address the needs of Caregivers through advocacy efforts and collaboration of a broad coalition membership to improve the overall quality of life for Caregivers, their families, and the community. What to find on the CCSD Website:

The Caregiver Coalition of San Diego invites you to join us for our Annual Family Caregiver Reception, in recognition of National Family Caregivers Month, in partnership with the City of San Diego and the County of San Diego. This free community event and resource fair honors family caregivers.

Date: Wednesday, November 19, 2024
Time: 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Location: War Memorial Building, 3325 Zoo Drive, Balboa Park

Special thanks to our community partners donating to our reception:

• Sprouts
• La Gueritas Flowers

Enjoy refreshments, mindfulness and creativity activities, music, dancing, resource tables, and opportunity drawings (must be present to win).
