California is taking a major steps in making housing more affordable!

Authored by Assemblymember David Alvarez, co-sponsored by Inner City Law Center, Circulate Planning & Policy, San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, SPUR, AB2433 — Affordable Homes Bonus Law — has passed the CA State Assembly and now heads to Governor Newsom's desk. This bill will create more affordable homes, increase homeownership, and streamline housing approvals!

Last week we stood with Assemblymember Alvarez and Senator Arreguin calling on the legislature to pass AB 2433. Now, AB 2433 is headed to the Governor’s desk!

We are proud to sponsor this legislation with David Alvarez to reform Bonus Law and make it easier to build more affordable homes in California! Let’s sign it into law!
