Over FIFTY snake babies have recently been born at the L.A. Zoo, including Armenian vipers, black-tailed horned vipers, Catalina rattleless rattlesnakes, Aruba Island rattlesnakes, Baja California rat snakes, and Southwest speckled rattlesnakes. Reptile staff at the Los Angeles Zoo put years of preparation and work into breeding rare and endangered animals like these, and you can see many of these snake species in their habitats at our LAIR every day.

Tigers are carnivores, but they also enjoy seasonal snacks. Allow Berani to demonstrate. 🎃 (photo: Craig Chaddock)
