Thank you to all the PLA Business Members and guests who joined us for our September Business Mixer – it was our most interactive and indulgent mixer ever! We traded our usual third Wednesday gathering for a Friday evening at The Artist Outpost in Ocean Beach, where an incredible combination of food, art, activities, and hospitality made the evening one to remember.
The Artist Outpost went above and beyond, filling the evening with creative activities that made the space lively, colorful, and especially fun for our members. The potter’s wheel was a huge hit with guests as they tried their hand at throwing pottery. We were also invited to help paint a mural and try other artsy activities.
And then there was the food! The Jetty absolutely spoiled us with an incredible spread that had everyone talking. Our members were thrilled to discover this wonderful hidden gem on lower Voltaire.
Adding to the fun was an impressive lineup of door prizes generously donated by our wonderful PLA business members. Congratulations to all of our lucky winners, and a huge thank you to our generous prize donors, including Call Glenn Again, Cygnet Theatre, Peninsula Beacon, Dan Zamudio of Village Plaza, SoCal Light Letters, Efficient Working Bodies, Category 6 LED, and The Jetty.
A heartfelt thank you to The Artist Outpost and The Jetty for putting so much thought, generosity, and effort into making our members feel so welcome, and to all of our PLA volunteers who helped make the evening happen.
