Space 4 Art presents its seventh exhibit in collaboration with Art Produce Gallery opening October 10th 4-7p.m. through November 7th.
ACTUAL SIZE takes the human scale as a point of departure in a moment when so many forces shaping our lives feel increasingly large, distant, and beyond our control. The exhibition considers the spaces between those larger forces and the scale at which we live. The body, the object, the built environment and the everyday. What might it mean to focus on what we can shape, experience, and understand at a human scale?
Curated by Lara Bullock P.h.D a curator and scholar whose work explores contemporary art, culture, and the ways artists engage with the social, psychological, and material conditions of everyday life.
