Fieldstone@4 joined forces with Cultivating Impact for our first networking event of 2025. Together we hosted almost 200 community leaders from throughout the county! Coastal Roots Farm provided the perfect environment for our gathering. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

We are thrilled to introduce our 2024 Clare Rose Sabbatical Grantees! 🎉 This year, we are honored to support two incredible organizations making a significant impact in our community:

Karen Organization of San Diego: Dedicated to providing essential services and support to the Karen refugee community, helping them thrive and integrate into their new lives with dignity and respect.

Solana Center for Environmental Innovation: Champions of sustainability and environmental education, leading the way with innovative programs that promote waste reduction, composting, and resource conservation.

We can't wait to see the amazing things they will accomplish with the support of the Clare Rose Sabbatical Program. 🌍💚

Alberto and Mama's Kitchen were the first to receive a Clare Rose sabbatical... it was a joy to be there today to celebrate his career and wish him well in his retirement!

Members of the Fieldstone Leadership Network joined with the greater San Diego community today to celebrate and thank Alberto Cortes as he retires from Mama’s Kitchen. Alberto is a longtime member of the Network and serves as a coach for us. So grateful for his thoughtful acknowledgment of the impact Janine Mason, Anne Vincent, Sue Schaffner(his FLN Coach) and the Network have had on his career. Thank you Alberto for your leadership and love. ❤️

Celebrating 10 years of financial support from the Clare Rose Foundation to the Center for Hope and Strength, which serves victims of domestic violence. It’s all about transforming lives, creating healthy communities and love.
