Voting is more than casting a ballot. It’s about protecting our rights, shaping our future, and making sure our communities have a voice in the decisions that impact our everyday lives.

We believe in recognizing those who consistently show up and make a difference in our communities. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Councilmember Henry Foster III and Supervisor Monica Montgomery Steppe for all they do to serve, uplift, and support individuals and families throughout the community.

October is a time to honor the stories, strength, and courage of those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer. 🎀💕

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we had the honor of attending a dear friend at her annual luncheon and witnessing another beautiful celebration of strength, resilience, and community. 💕

We are so proud to continue celebrating your testimony, your strength, and the purpose you’ve created from your journey. We know your organization will continue to grow, shine, and make a lasting impact throughout the community.

To every survivor, fighter, family member, friend, and loved one affected by breast cancer, we continue to send you love, light, and prayers. May we all continue to uplift one another, advocate for our health, prioritize regular screenings, and remind those walking this journey that they are never alone.

Here’s to continued strength, hope, healing, health and community to all.

Their vision planted the seed, and generations later, the Cooper Family continues to carry it forward.

We truly appreciate everyone who came out and supported our vendors, food vendors, and health vendors. Because of your support, vendor lines stayed busy and many sold out that’s what community looks like!

By shopping with our local businesses, you helped recycle the dollar within our own community, supporting Black entrepreneurs, families, and organizations while strengthening our local economy.

Thank you for also taking the time to visit our health vendors, where so many community members received health screenings, resources, and information that can made a change in their health.

This is what Juneteenth is all about celebrating together, investing in one another!
