needs to be reassessed , namely who exactly is in charge ? Reason my inquiry? Well I am actually the inventor of coining the phrase... Willis Edward Lilly Jr but I was an victim of cold calculated violence in which I suffered some trauma and memory loss. There were attempts to assassinate me by my family and plagiarize me for my music my book my ideas and essentially artwork most mostly everything that I put on my Facebook in the name of William Mudville penny. there's also then bank account setup for me that my family he legally has access to and on a day-to-day basis scene to commit fraud in my name. I'm trying to get ahold of the IRS but it's been an ongoing thing as far as the frog has been concerned and the misuse of my account I know that my auntie Andrea would be pass and black card and I'm pretty sure my mother does too but they refused to allow me access to my funds. Instead they to hike up my life insurance plan and continue to try to assassinate me so I don't know exactly how my family would have got access to the BLM but I am attempting to get to the bottom of this soon. I guess my point being is if they would willfully be a part of trying to assassinate me then the populace at large shouldn't rush them at the Helm of the BLM.🗣🙊🙉🙈

Violation of my constitutional rights . forced to live with peoples commuting several crimes. Unsafe living conditions in an house with rodents .residents unfit for independent living conditions. Destruction of my property and f***l matter on everything. All of my clothing food and in my living space including my bed. Also i feel perjuries mail fraud and illicitness drug manufacturing along with possible human trafficking.
EphraIn puzzon was scheduled to be moved to the board and care facility yet he still resised here and destroyed my property. Women are being r***d in this house and they're mentally ill therefore no one cares. Gang members are illegally living here in the attic and imposing a threat on tne reaidents here. It seems to be an stolen car ring also where i witnessed several vehicles that appear to be broken into. Spoiled food is being prepared for the dinner's. Dried blood is scattered around the walls and ceilings. Illegal jury is being forced to be made by the mentally ill residents...
