Hello to our San Diego Filipino community! It's now your turn to catch a glimpse of Red Light Teachers, before it premieres on Amazon Prime! In collaboration with the Bag of Beans, FACCGSD and the FACCGSD Foundation, we are proud to host this impactful film.

is produced by our very own FACCGSD member Hillary Soriano . Let's come out and show our support for the hard work and love that was put into making this film. This special evening is part of MADE BY IMMIGRANTS, a community experience that celebrates the journeys, sacrifices, and creativity of immigrant voices. Through food, film, and conversation, we gather to honor stories that are often unseen yet deeply felt.

Red Light Teachers follows a Filipino immigrant narrative that explores identity, survival, and the quiet strength it takes to build a life far from home. It’s a reminder that behind every dish, every family, and every dream, there is a journey.
