Hey SCP Community 👋🏾 Meet the entrepreneur behind

Hi I’m Nita, the face behind IITD, and here’s what makes us different.

Since 2019, we’ve helped corporate brands turn “just a gift” into a meaningful experience. No mass produced boxes. No one-size-fits-all solutions.

At IITD, every gift is bespoke, curated with care, and designed to help you connect thoughtfully, with clients and teams, simply because your brand deserves more than ordinary.

At IITD, corporate gifting is done intentionally and if your brand values thoughtful connections, you’ll feel right at home with us.

Hey Movers! We’d like to encourage our SCP community to get movin’! The can guide you along. See below…👇🏽

March has arrived and at Movement Matters Collective, we’re stepping into this month with renewed intention, celebration, and a whole lot of love. 🕊️✨

Between the hustle of our careers and the heavy noise in the world right now it’s time for us to lean into each other. That’s why this week isn’t just about a calendar of events; it’s about how we show up for one another because our strength lies in our connection.

We’ve got a full week of “holding space,” and we want you right there with us:

🌱 Wednesday March, 4th 12PM
We’re continuing our year-long collab with for Wellness Wednesdays. To my entrepreneurs and busy professionals: Your worth isn’t just in your work and you are not alone. We’re fueling the people behind the business because you deserve to be poured into, too.

🤝 Wednesday March 4th 1:30 PM:
We’re headed to the Summit. This year, we aren’t just in the room; we’re helping co-create space with attendees and fellow presentors. We believe business is a tool for community building and healing, and we’re honored to bring some of our magic and experience to the table.

💖 Saturday March 7th, 10AM - 2 PM
MMC’s Founder will be leading an interactive keynote at the FANCYTeen Girl Expo happening at Kipp academy on Euclid Ave. and her team are doing the sacred work of uplifting our San Diego girls, and we are showing up to remind them that they are seen, heard, and powerful.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Sunday March 8th, 3:30PM (International Women’s Day):
We’re ending the week exactly where we need to be, in community. Join us for Sounds of Self-Care, a donation-based sound bath with Toosdhi of at . There’s a lot of emotion floating around lately, and we know it. Consider this your invitation to a safe sanctuary. No labels, no pressure, just a soft place to land with people who love you. Come as you are. We’re in this together. 🤎

We hope to see you soon.

When you lift a Black Woman you lift the whole community. 🫶🏾 Born enslaved. Became a PhD. Shaped the future. Anna Julia Cooper proved Black women don’t just enter history, they move it.

Black History Month always brings me back to the why behind my work, via

As a Black woman born and raised in San Diego, I entered hospitality at a time when leadership rarely looked like me. I faced bias, barriers, and moments that tested my confidence — but I chose resilience.

That resilience led me to create MCCSN, to open doors for multicultural representation in meetings, tourism, and hospitality. It was never just about events — it was about economic opportunity, visibility, and leadership for women and people of color.

SD WITH is an extension of that mission. A space to celebrate women, provide mentorship and resources, and build real community in an industry that shapes cities and economies.

Resilience built MCCSN.
Community built WITH.
And we are still building.
