Early findings from the soon-to-be published FASTEST study suggest patients treated through Sutter's Mobile Stroke Unit were nearly five times more likely to receive treatment within 90 minutes than those treated after arriving at an emergency department.

The reason? Stroke specialists and advanced imaging are brought directly to patients, helping care teams begin critical treatment decisions before they even reach the hospital.
