501(c)(3) Non-profit organization providing single mothers the opportunity to further their education, without financial or practical barriers.

Our grants will go towards tuition costs, childcare costs, and other expenses single mother’s face. We want to provide single mothers with financial support to access any and all educational opportunities. By providing opportunities single mothers to take on their educational goals, we believe they will feel stronger and more confident in feeling a sense of control in their life. JNF's goal is to empower all single mothers to access and achieve their educational goals.

The Judy Nelson Foundation is thrilled to announce we are expanding our next scholarship program to Kentucky!

We have partnered with Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington, KY to help launch our third chapter. In partnership with , we will be able to award our first single mother in Lexington, KY. The award will cover tuition, fees, educational expenses or any other financial barriers.

We are so excited to continue supporting single mothers across the country and can’t wait to see what’s in store for this next chapter🧡

Thank you to everyone who registered for the Judy Nelson Foundation Pickleball Tournament on July 12th! Your support is helping us create real opportunities for single moms working toward brighter futures.

We’re also incredibly proud to introduce Kristin, the first graduate as a Judy Nelson Foundation scholar. As a single mom, Kristin balanced school, work, and parenting with courage and determination. We know that her recent graduation is just the beginning of what she’ll accomplish.

Your involvement helps make stories like hers possible. We can’t wait to see you on the court and continue building a community that believes in supporting unstoppable moms.
