On Friday April 15, 2022, The Lotus Project held our first workshop at the Preuss School! This workshop focused on resilience and managing stress. We discussed building resilience in difficult times and worked through stress management methods such as meditation and breathing exercises. The workshop included personal stories, which many students cited as their favorite part! We look forward to many more conversations!
