Day 3 on the ULP strike line, and we are making it clear: we are not backing down.

Thank you to members for coming out and supporting us! 💚🖤

Sandra shares what it’s like navigating work, motherhood, and the rising cost of living in San Diego, and why our fight for a fair contract is about workers having the ability to truly survive. We are united and fighting for dignity, stability, and the ability to stay in the communities we serve.

Listen to her story. We’re fighting for the chance to truly thrive.

PNWSU SEIU 221 members are “not asking for the moon.” We are asking for the ability to thrive.

Our member Rosalind Cassidy is sharing why winning a strong contract matters and what that impact would mean in her everyday life.

Listen to her story. We deserve more than just surviving.

🖤💚PNWSU SEIU 221 showed up and did the work!

We wrapped another Staff BOLD Retreat, facing challenges head-on and strengthening collaboration across admin, advocacy, comms, and organizing. We continue to show up and build a stronger, more effective union for our members. And most importantly, we're strengthening our bond and power as a staff union! 💪
