💙🧡 WHAT. A. DAY. 🧡💙

Today was one of those days that reminds us why we do what we do.

Because of an incredible team of volunteers, donors, and community partners, we were able to serve 300+ hot breakfast burritos 🌯, distribute 120+ homeless backpacks 🎒, and hand out 200 pre-packed lunches 🥪 to our neighbors in need.

Every backpack packed.
Every burrito wrapped.
Every lunch handed out.
Every smile shared.

It all happened because people showed up with servant hearts.

To every volunteer who gave up part of your day, every person who donated, and everyone who believes in our mission... THANK YOU. You are making a real difference in our community.

As Matthew 25:40 reminds us:
"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." ❤️

Together, we're proving that kindness is contagious.

But seriously... thanks to our incredible partners at Home Depot Team Depot and Jonathan Briseño & his installation team, the Colonia Senior Center now has beautiful new flooring that's safer, more durable, and ready for years of memories.

No more cracked tiles.
No more trip hazards.
Just one more community space made a little brighter. ❤️

This is what happens when great people come together to make a difference.

💙 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 💙

Outreach Impacting Lives is excited to partner once again with Interfaith Community Services to serve breakfast, distribute backpacks, and hand out lunches to members of our homeless community.

We're looking for compassionate volunteers to help us make this morning extra special. Whether you've volunteered before or this is your first time, we'd love to have you join us!

⏰ Volunteers Needed: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Interfaith Headquarters, Escondido
👧 Anyone over 10 is welcome to volunteer!

Just a friendly reminder that our Outreach Impacting Lives Dress Drive benefiting The Princess Project is still going strong!

📦 Donation boxes are located in the Front Lobby and will remain there through the end of July.

We're collecting:

👗 Gently used special occasion dresses (prom, homecoming, formal, wedding guest, pageant, etc.)
💎 Special occasion jewelry (please place jewelry in a Ziplock bag)

If you've been meaning to clean out your closet, now is the perfect time!

Please continue to spread the word to your family, friends, neighbors, schools, churches, and community groups. Every dress and accessory donated helps a young woman experience the joy and confidence of attending a special event.

Proms, graduations, weddings, and special events may be wrapping up, but our Dress Drive is still going strong all summer long! 💖

Outreach Impacting Lives is collecting gently used special occasion dresses and accessories for The Princess Project, helping young women feel confident, beautiful, and celebrated on their special occasions.

We are accepting:
👗 Special Occasion Dresses (ALL sizes welcome!)
💎 Necklaces
✨ Earrings
💖 Bracelets
👜 Other formal accessories

📍 Donation boxes are located in the Front Lobby.

Please place jewelry donations in a Ziplock bag to help keep items organized.

That dress hanging in your closet or those accessories you no longer wear could help create an unforgettable memory for a deserving young woman.
