To say this weekend of AEDP training was healing is an understatement.
What unfolded was true transformation—being deeply seen, held with compassion, and uplifted through laughter, joy, and tears.
The power of undoing aloneness wasn’t just something we talked about—it was something we felt, embodied, and experienced together.
We grew in connection, deepened our understanding of ourselves, and expanded our clinical skills in ways that will ripple far beyond the training room.
Grateful for this community and the courage it takes to show up fully. 💫
