💚Stages of Grief: Grief isn’t limited to losing a loved one. It can also stem from the loss of an old lifestyle, such as stopping alcohol or drug use, leaving a relationship, experiencing behavioral changes, mental challenges, or adjusting to environmental changes. I’ve attached a handout on the DABDA (Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance) model, which explores the stages of grief. Be kind to yourself; drink water, get some sunshine, and know it’s okay to sit with sadness. Allow your emotions to flow naturally. Remember, we’re all human. Honor your journey and feel your feelings.
💚We are all human beings; we must honor our feelings, both male and female. Feel the emotions: cry, laugh, smile, or shout if you need to. When we cry, we release. Just because you’re male doesn’t mean you can’t show emotion. Feel it and go with it. When we close off our feelings, that is when we want to numb out with anything that feels good or overindulges the senses. Take a healthy risk today and feel your feelings, release. I challenge you to cry, laugh very LOUD☺️, say hello to someone new, or give someone a compliment; I promise it feels great! SMILE. Be playful (activate your inner child).
✅Life is sacred; honor it.
You are sacred.
We are sacred.
I carry all the power within myself to HEAL. 💚

Repost- 🌊

is a reminder that water is sacred. All living things depend on this precious gift. Yet there are still people on Turtle Island without reliable access to clean drinking water.

Water is a human right. It must be accessible to all and protected for future generations to come.
