Empowering the next generation of climate and sustainability leaders! 🌿

Last week marked the official graduation and conclusion of our latest Green Team cohort! For their final presentations, each team designed two brilliant beautification and restoration initiatives specifically for the Chollas Creekside Park, thoroughly evaluating every stage of their project's lifecycle, including technical design, community impact, and maintenance.

We are so incredibly proud of the dedication, growth, and leadership these youth have shown for the Chollas Creek Watershed.

The future of environmental justice is bright, and it's being led by our youth! 💚

Shout out to Urban Collaborative Project CDC for empowering our young leaders and facilitating the space where the Green Team had the chance to collaborate and where these designs will be implemented in the future.
