The Black Femme Fund is 501C3 non-profit dedicated to ensuring Black femmes and their children have immediate access to the necessary funds to improve their lives.

Our holiday toy drive is a Holi-Skate drive and we have partnered with several businesses to bring some holiday cheer!

Hello everyone,

We have two exciting events coming up in the community that we need help funding.
Our Harvest Food Box Drive and Our Holi-SKATE Toy Drive.

We have partnered with Sprouts, and the city to provide food to historically excluded families of Lemon Grove. We need help ensuring we provide 30 boxes.

For the Holi-Skate event, we planned to serve 200 children and want to provide as many toys as possible ourselves. We already have three sponsors secured for that event providing donations in-kind for financial help would be much appreciated. We are also having another smaller holiday toy drive in Fatima E Ayeni city and funding raised will help with this event as well. Thank you for sharing and donating.

Mental health is near and dear to all of us at BFF and we are so excited to share it with the world! Black Women Lead: Black Femme Fund

Black women are often denied access to; proper mental health care. While as a society we are becoming more open about discussing mental health, Black women and other women of color still face an undue burden in access as well as a stigma against seeking help that they require to help heal from generational trauma. According to Erica Richards M.D of Silbey Memorial Hospital in a study conducted at John Hopkins University, Black women are half as likely to seek mental health care than their white counterparts.

The Black Femme Fund is closing this gap and providing access to affordable mental health to Black women to help them heal from the many burdens they face in their intersectional identities.

The Sisterhood for Mental Health program is now accepting applications for our 2022-2023 program! This program is free and BFF covers the cost via our partnerships for mental health. 💗💗Space is limited!!!!!💗💗

So many emotions and so many lives changed including ours. Thank you to everyone who supported us and our annual Black Women’s March 2022. Washington DC has been a very pleasant experience. The people have been so friendly and welcoming and it just made this event so much more memorable. The impact of this down means everything to Black women and girls from the past, present, and future.

Thank you for my team Fatima and Sasha for all the support and organization! I could not have done this without these amazing humans I call sisters!! Your love and support for me is immeasurable.❤️ It’s mutual! And although Kayke and Mila were unable to join, your support from afar means everything!
