WarDogs Nation!!!

The WarDogs had a tough weekend. Losing both games.

Saturday team gave up 6 unearned runs but weren't able to score a run either. They have lost 2 in a row now and are looking to start a winning streak as the fight for seeding in the playoffs.
Record 4-6

Sunday team lost a heart break in the 10th inning as they were up 6-2 with 2 outs in the 9th and weren't able to seal the victory. The Sunday team is fighting for their playoff spot.
Record 4-5-1

Both teams have 3 weekends left in season then hopefully playoffs for both teams.

Saturday WarDogs Sweep the weekend beating the Astros in both games Saturday.
9-2 victory was lead by Perez with 4 hits, and Avalos, Hensley, and Vaughan collecting 2 hits piece.
Montemayor pitched a complete game securing his first win and lowering his ERA to 2.

Game 2 was closer as it took to the final swing of the bat to secure the victory. Down 3-1 in the bottom of the 9th Piotrowski, Vaughan, and Robledo all come up clutch getting hits and Robledo getting the Walkoff hit scoring Perez from second base.
Vaughan had another good game has he got 4 hits, Perez and Guerra also had 2 hits a piece. All the Pitchers did great as after the 1st inning the Astors weren't able to score again.

Overall the Saturday WarDogs move to 3-4 on the season and 3-0 in divisonal play.
Sunday team had an off weekend for Mothers day.

Saturday WarDogs win their first game of the season. Going to 1-3 on the season. After 3 games in a row against higher divison teams and playing them all close and tough the Saturday team were finally able to play a team in their divison and won!
Arthur Labrie and AJ Paige combined for a great pitching performance. Paige getting his first W of the season and Labrie getting his first save.
Saturday team have another tough match up next weekend playing another team in the higher divison.

Sunday team lost a tough one moving to 2-3-1 on the season. They look to right the ship next weekend and bounce back.
