Gocyclingnowusa Promoting cycling fun, safety and adventure to elementary, middle and high school students as well as the community-at-large!

GoCyclingNow USA, the focused on becoming the largest statewide bicycle nonprofit, serves bike riders of all ages and abilities throughout the State of California. We teach the joys of bicycling, practical road cycling Safety, advocate for safe places to ride, and produce world-class rides and events. Our launch program will be during Summer School (June 2021) with a local charter school including

elementary, middle and high schools. Importantly, we will teach our participants to be self-reliant, understanding of basic mechanics, and both positive mental and physical health for a lifetime.

Since my accident I've been pursuing different modalities to return myself to good health: massage, Pilates, chiropractic and acupuncture. Today I tried ionic lymphatic cleanse, something I heard about years ago had a Tony Robbins session.

I started with clean clear water and you can see the the stages that I went through. Pretty yucky! And now I'll see what positive results come from it!
