We are the Midway Foundation. It is our vision as a team and organization to become America’s Foundation, supporting those who serve and sacrifice for our freedoms. Yesterday, we hosted our annual Pillars of Freedom Grantee Award Ceremony, awarding grants totaling $305,000 to 12 outstanding local organizations who provide critical services to our community’s Veterans, active duty military, and first responders. We are honored and humbled to partner with these amazing nonprofits in order to fuel the crucial work that supports our American heroes. Our 2022 Pillars of Freedom Grantees are Armed Services YMCA - San Diego, Blue Angels Foundation, Fallen Officer's Fund, Interfaith Community Services, MCRD Museum Foundation, Naval Helicopter Association, San Diego Harbor Police Foundation, San Diego Military Outreach Ministries, Support The Enlisted Project, Tailhook Educational Foundation, United Through Reading, and USO – San Diego/Camp Pendleton. Join us in acknowledging the wonderful contributions these organizations provide for our community in San Diego and beyond!
