Winter is here — and w/ larger tidal swings, surf, and seasonal rainfall, bluff collapses pose a serious threat!! Sudden failures can happen without warning, often when one is least expecting it.
By the time you notice, it may already be too late — which is why it’s so critical to understand bluff-safety basics before heading to the beach!
Marine safety teams have done a great job adding more signage along the coast and we want to say thanks for their ongoing work 👏🏽 but signage alone can only go so far….
….we wish it was as simple as sharing a link to a more in-depth bluff-safety resource — but sadly, one doesn’t exist yet.
That gap is exactly what we are working to fill - and we could use your help!
