Day 1 of was incroyable! 🇫🇷☀️

Our founder and CEO opened the festival moderating the AI and Impact - An Audience-First Tale of Economics, Inclusivity, and Sustainability panel! Thanks to .live and for hosting this engaging fireside session.

And huge shoutout to the BRIDGE board for cheering Sheryl on and for continuing to commit to in the industry. We can’t wait to continue learning and growing with you all this week ❤️

Mind, heart, and spirit are FULL 💫

Our first full day of was filled with inspiring stories, and immersive cultural experiences. We had a stellar lineup of speakers, including an electrifying conversation with Dr. and Prof. Kenji Yoshino of on affirmative action, the language of , and where we need to go from here. Our In the Round workshop leaders facilitated conversations on topics ranging from AI in advertising to discussing global news in the workplace.

We ended the night with our sponsored Indian Cultural Immersion Dinner and warmed up by the fire pits with some delicious Indian treats and even better conversations.

And if you thought yesterday was fulfilling, just wait until you see what we have in store for you today 🫣

Day one of was magical – and we’re just getting started 😎

We kicked off the retreat with inspiring words from our fearless leader and a powerfully moving keynote speech from . We ate, drank, and were merry while of reminded us of the power of WHY we do what we do. Then, we closed the night with friends, firepits and great conversations.

And the best part? We have so much in store today! 🎉

Last on the BRIDGE NYC Tour and a definite highlight of last week was our post board meeting dinner with the BRIDGE board and friends!

We laughed, we cried and we doubled down on our commitment to change! And we had some really yummy Greek food!

We are still celebrating the great week we had in NY. Thank you again to DEI Summit (The 614 Group) and Rob Rasko for setting the stage for some productive conversations. It was a great session with BRIDGE CEO & Founder, Sheryl Daijaand BRIDGE Founding Board Members, Tish Archie Oliver, MBA, CDR, PRC, Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Unilever, Emile Khader, SVP Marketing Strategy at Condé Nast, and louis jones, CMO at the
Brand Safety Institute.

We told our story, we heard other stories and we gave a glimpse into how we are going to change the narrative from DEI as a philosophy to inclusion as a business practice.
