Bob Nelson RIP
A friend of San Diego commercial fishermen has passed away.
About eight years ago, Bob Nelson, then chair of Port Commission, along with Supervisor Greg Cox , and Senate leader Toni Atkins cut through two years of bureaucratic red tape and opened up Tuna Harbor Dockside Market. Recently described by a magazine as “Tuna Harbor Dockside Market highlights the soul of San Diego in open-air market form.”
