🙅🏽‍♀️ This action is not the white female led p***y hat protest of yesteryear. BIPOC voices will be centered.

🙋🏽‍♀️This action will be ALL INCLUSIVE. We stand with and uplift all marginalized and oppressed communities such as but not limited to Black, LGBTQIA+, Indigenous, Latinx, AAPI, trans, and non-binary folks. We need all hands on deck fam. All of your beautiful faces are welcome at this protest.

☀️ Bring your favorite SPF and a bottle of water. We will have some wagons with water throughout the march for those who need it.

👶🏽 People often ask if children are allowed…bring them at your own discretion. Your children are your responsibility and by bringing them to a protest you are assuming the risk that comes along with that. With that being said women have been doing this s**t with kids on their hips and strapped to their backs for decades so LFG!

👟 Bring your walking shoes. The route is roughly 3 miles total and mostly flat. We will keep a slow and steady pace as we know that we are safer and stronger when we stay together.

🗣We are looking for speaker. Priority will be given to those in the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. DM me if you are interested.

The Social Action Committee and the Community Service Commission come together to collaborate on a special drive for the Monarch School.

Please help them by donating any full-size shampoo and conditioners, hygiene products, undergarments for boys and girls, or new shoes. Your help will not only bring a smile to a child's face, but you'll be helping them in more ways than one.

Drop off items in the School of Social Work office, HH-119 anytime between 8 am-4:30 pm. Just knock on the door and someone will let you in. The box is just inside the door.
