*Please ask for assistance if you do not feel safe.
*All instructors are able to refuse participation if they feel you can harm yourself or others.
*Keep all drugs and alcohol away from the flow area.
*Do not leave children unattended.
*Ask permission before using a prop or apparatus.
*Treat everyone with RESPECT.
