BREAKING: Legendary coach Lou Holtz passed away at the age of 89.

Holtz was moved into hospice care last month.

Holtz, a two-time Paul ā€œBearā€ Bryant Award winner, coached several programs but heā€™s best known for winning a national title with Notre Dame in 1988.
