Today we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Dr. King reminded us that “Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve.” On this MLK Day, we encourage our community to reflect on how we can live out that message—not just in words, but through action.

Start the New Year Strong: Build Digital Relationships That Deliver Real Results

A new year is the perfect time to rethink how we attract talent, build trust, and stay connected with customers in industrial sectors—especially petroleum packaging.

Relationships still drive hiring, retention, and sales. What’s changed is where those relationships begin. Today, LinkedIn plays a critical role in shaping first impressions, influencing buying decisions, and supporting long B2B sales cycles.
