We’re excited to welcome John Foley as the keynote speaker for our upcoming Petroleum Packaging Council conference.
A former lead solo pilot of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, John knows what it takes to perform under pressure, build trust within high-performance teams, and execute with precision—lessons that resonate deeply within our industry.
From the flight deck to the boardroom, his message centers on:
✈️ Trust and accountability
✈️ Precision and discipline
✈️ High-performance teamwork
✈️ Leading through change
In petroleum packaging, where safety, reliability, and ex*****on matter every day, these principles aren’t abstract—they’re operational.
We’re looking forward to an energizing session that will challenge us to think differently about leadership and performance.
See you at the conference.

Today we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Dr. King reminded us that “Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve.” On this MLK Day, we encourage our community to reflect on how we can live out that message—not just in words, but through action.

Whether it’s volunteering your time, supporting a local organization, mentoring a colleague, or simply showing kindness where it’s needed most, service strengthens our communities and creates lasting impact.

Let’s honor Dr. King’s legacy by committing to serve others today—and throughout the year.

How are you giving back this MLK Day?

Start the New Year Strong: Build Digital Relationships That Deliver Real Results

A new year is the perfect time to rethink how we attract talent, build trust, and stay connected with customers in industrial sectors—especially petroleum packaging.

Relationships still drive hiring, retention, and sales. What’s changed is where those relationships begin. Today, LinkedIn plays a critical role in shaping first impressions, influencing buying decisions, and supporting long B2B sales cycles.

In a recent article for the Petroleum Packaging Council, I explore how industrial companies can use LinkedIn more strategically to:
✔️ Attract and retain the next generation of talent
✔️ Strengthen employer brand perception
✔️ Build trust with buyers long before the first conversation
✔️ Support recruiting and sales goals at the same time

If LinkedIn still feels like a “nice-to-have” instead of a business tool, this is the year to change that.
