Inland Empire Children's Book Project Inland Empire Children’s Book Project seeks to provide free books to teachers serving low-income children ages 0-18 in San Bernardino and Riverside Co

Inland Empire Children’s Book Project provides books at no cost to schools and organizations serving children in need, ages 0-18, in the Inland Empire. The Inland Empire Children's Book Project distributes gently used and some new books to classroom teachers with current school identification. We are a 100% volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our dedicated volunteers receive, restore, and distribute books to San Bernardino City and Rialto Unified School District children.

Did you know that 75% of low-income children read below grade level and 60% have no books in their homes? In our information age, not being able to read is not a glass ceiling. It is a barrier of concrete.

By donating to the Inland Empire Children's Book Project, you help to open a world of possibilities for kids in San Bernardino and Rialto. We are 100% volunteer and last year, we gave away more than 20,000 books.
